Venus Chakra: Heart Energy
Your Venus chakra is located
behind your heart. It is the seat
of compassionate energy. Sitting
comfortably, close your eyes and focus your attention on your Venus chakra.
Breathe, and with each breath,
imagine pure love streaming from your heart into the world.
With your first 10 breaths, send compassion and love into the room where
you are meditating. With next 10
breaths, imagine the compassionate energy flowing out the doors to fill your
entire house or apartment. With the
next 10 breaths, imagine the love energy overflowing your house or apartment,
spilling out the windows and doors and encompassing your neighborhood. The next 10 breaths fill your state. With the next 10 breaths, compassionate love flows over the
entire country. Then, the
continent. With the last 10
breaths, embrace the entire planet in love.
You can even extend beyond the Earth to the other planets, galaxies, and
realms of existence. Feel how
strong and far-reaching your energy can be.
Before you know it. Compassionate
energy will start bouncing back to you.
