Thousand Petalled Lotus: Enlightenment

The Thousand Petalled Lotus is the chakra located at the crown of your head.  It is the seat of enlightenment energy.  Sitting comfortably, close your eyes and focus your attention on your Thousand Petalled Lotus.  Imagine it opening slowly, like the petals of a flower just beginning to bloom.  Quietly repeat to yourself the words, “All is one.”  Say them slowly, hearing the way they sound, contemplating what they mean.  Say it again and again until you feel as if your Thousand Petalled Lotus is opening in full and magnificent bloom.  Ommmmm.
