Mars Chakra: Action Energy
Your Mars chakra is located
behind your navel. It is the seat
of action energy. Sitting
comfortably, close your eyes and focus your attention on your Mars chakra.
Breathe deeply, and with each breath, imagine that energy is flowing from
the air around you and from the Earth below into to your Mars chakra, where the
energy accumulates. Imagine it
stirring and swirling and sparking. Consciously
release this energy into the rest of your body.
Feel it flowing down your legs and into your feet.
Feel it flowing down your legs and into your feet.
Feel it flooding your chest and streaming down your arms.
Feel your hands and fingers tingling.
Imagine it flowing into your head and awakening your brain.
Imagine your hair standing on end, energy streaming out of your scalp.
Feel the energy straightening your spine, activating your muscles, and
awakening your mind. Now, open your
eyes slowly and feel how energized you are.
The rest of your day should be a breeze!
