Items Needed:

Rose water (available in gourmet food stores, some markets,
herb and health food stores, or by mail)
v
1 handful dried Rose petals
v 2 pinches dried Lavender
Hold the rose petals between your palms. Empower them with love. Place in the bottle.

Fill the bottle with the rose water. Cap or cork. Hold the bottle between palms and press it against your chest, saying these or similar words:
Flowers drenched with love,
Drench me with love.
Keep the love spell bottle in your bedroom. It is done.
